returns, refunds and cancellations

  • except and to the extent expressly required by applicable law, all sales are final and we do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges. due to health and safety precautions, we are unable to accept returned wine for any reason - this includes orders placed in error.   
  • for the avoidance of doubt, neither wines nor merchandise can be credited, refunded, returned, or reshipped.
  • we're unable to cancel or change orders placed in error any point during fulfillment. as soon as your order is confirmed, it is automatically sent to our warehouse & processed for shipment.

damages and issues

please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at help@wondrywine.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
